Threading a Wooden Screw

Using my threading apparatus to create a 1-1/16″ diameter 5 thread per inch wooden screw.

Using the Tap

Tapping a wooden press jaw. A 1-1/4″ 3 thread per inch internal thread is being cut in a 1″ diameter hole.

Truing a Screw Blank with the Router Lathe

Final trimming of wooden screw blanks is done using this router lathe.

Automatic Drilling Machine

This modified drill press drills precisely spaced holes to make Signature Punch pin strips.
